Return & Refund Policies

RETURNS
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for our products, whether it is because of buyer’s remorse or wrongly ordered size. The only exceptions are if the products are defective/damaged during transit.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

WRONG ITEMS 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately on our Instagram page @rinroju if you received the wrong item that is a mistake on our part. Please attach receipt/proof of purchase. We will evaluate the issue and send you the correct item that you originally ordered to the same address in the original receipt.

 


DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. Please DM us on Instagram @rinroju with a detailed description of problem and attach a clear picture of defect and your receipt/proof of purchase. Once inspected, we would take full responsibility and would be happy to reship a replacement without cost on your end. 

If you prefer a refund and not a replacement, we can proceed through PayPal. 

LOST PRODUCTS 
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please ensure that you have have a clear sufficient address. 

If carrier fail to deliver due to incomplete, incorrect or illegible address, we will contact you and hold the product for a maximum of 28 days. Please check your email address if you fail to receive a package at the estimated delivery date. If you want the product reshipped, please provide a clearer or alternative address and you will be liable for the reshipment costs.
